He's honest, friendly, and professional. If you ask him to something, he gets it done. If he doesn't know something, which is uncommon, he'll admit he doesn't know but he'll do everything he can to get an honest and accurate answer. Working with him over the years has been an awesome experience.

Coming from Darren's lender for investment properties, I really enjoy working with him! He is responsive and timely with everything asked of him and I look forward to working with him more in the future as well.

Darren and his team have been very easy to work with. As a real estate investor he's helped me understand the process and the value of some of the properties I've been interested in. We also do HVAC work on several of his properties. He's always communicated clearly, made spaces available to us when we've needed access, and he's always paid on time if not early. I expect we will continue to work with Darren for a long time!

I have worked with Darren on many projects over the years. All of my experiences with Darren at E4 investing have been incredible. He really does his best to help people in rough situations. I feel confident that anyone I refer to E4 investing will have a positive experience. I will continue to recommend this business as I know people can expect great honesty and integrity when dealing with their home.

It's easy to leave a great review for someone that is honest and has a lot of integrity. Darren is a real estate investor who strives to always do the right thing. I've personally done many deals with him and he is someone you can trust. I only hope to do more deals in the future as they have always gone smoothly, I guess that is what happens when you work with the right people and E4 Investing is just that!
