My name is Darren and I have been working with Garth since 2018. I grew up around Miamisburg before buying my first house in Germantown, OH back in 2011. I was a tool maker of 7 years at the time running a machine 55 hours a week before coming home to remodel my first home. I enjoyed the making of my first home so much I think I was destined for real estate.

Hi, I’m Jeremy! I’ve been fully immersed in real estate since 2021. I grew up in Anderson Township, spent my college years in Northern Kentucky, and in 2022, made Lebanon, Ohio, my home. My journey started in marketing after graduating in 2016, but everything changed when I bought my first investment property in December 2020. After diving into renovations, I knew real estate was where I belonged. Soon after, I met Darren, and we teamed up on a property—a partnership that’s grown into something incredible.

Beyond real estate, I’m passionate about serving at my church where I serve in the young adults ministry and engage in mission work, sharing the love of Jesus wherever I go. When I’m not working or serving, you’ll likely find me outdoors—whether it’s playing basketball, golfing, hiking, hunting, or just enjoying nature.
